Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling option.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund, as resources and time are already allocated.
In case Your Sarathi cancels or reschedules a session for any reason, participants will be given the option of a full refund or rescheduled date at no additional cost.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
